General Use
The Instructional Technology Center (ITC) in Library 222 is a space designed to support faculty and staff in developing their confidence in using technology for teaching, learning, and personal productivity. The ITC is equipped with two state-of-the-art cameras, microphones and speakers to facilitate and enable high quality video conferencing for classes and meetings at a distance. Faculty and staff are welcome to hold classes and meetings in Library 222 to connect with others using Skidmore Zoom. Academic Technologies staff provide a supportive environment in which faculty, staff and students can investigate new technologies for learning, teaching and research.
Customized Workshops
Our staff can work with you to provide customized workshops for faculty and instructor-led classes on topics that support instruction. Academic Technologies can work with your department to deliver group training on a particular technology resource. If it is not something we have expertise in, we try to match you up with one of our other available solutions. Click here for more information on training.

This space is also available for virtual reality assignments and projects. Please see our Immersive Learning page for the various ways we facilitate learning with virtual reality in the classroom.
